Lisa needed a website for her life storytelling and end-of-life support practice. The work is delicate. Lisa is warm. The site needed to hold both. Built an ocean-grounded palette that felt like her and designed a responsive site she now sends to clients with confidence. When she saw it, she cried and said it captured her completely.

Workplace from Meta

Implemented Workplace from Meta for 8,000+ frontline employees. Not a typical office rollout. These were people in trucks on routes who'd never had a company platform. The challenge was getting a deskless workforce genuinely engaged. Achieved 81% weekly active participation within four months.

Vocus digital ecosystem

Vocus had grown into an innovative tech business but its brand and digital touchpoints hadn't caught up. I led a digital ecosystem revival across three areas: social media, intranet and selected areas of the website. I turned fragmented channels into a unified employer brand presence. Drove 58% organic Instagram growth, rebuilt the intranet employees actually use and modernised the website careers experience.
