I led the strategic implementation of Workplace from Meta for 8,000+ frontline employees scattered across Australia at Cleanaway. This wasn't a typical office rollout. These were people in trucks, on garbage routes, who'd never had a company platform before. The challenge was getting a deskless workforce genuinely engaged with a digital platform, not just downloaded, but actively using it.
Revitalised Vocus's entire social media presence through strategic content planning and brand consistency overhaul. Collaborated with internal teams to develop a cohesive content strategy, then launched it company-wide with an internal campaign to drive awareness and participation. Led full content production including video, photography and article creation, with a strong focus on Employee Value Proposition storytelling. Ensured brand consistency across all platforms while managing the ongoing social media calendar and content scheduling. Instagram organic followers grew by 46% within six months, proving that authentic employer branding actually works when done strategically.

Transformed three lengthy, text-heavy newsletters into compact, visual communications that actually work. Fixed poor mobile responsiveness and unreliable analytics.
